- Pick an open source project maintained by an Israeli person or company. (It might be easier and it might strengthen the local community more.)

- Participate in the activities of one or more of the local communities (WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Meetup).
- Help with the organization of events. (Monthly meetups, conferences, hackathons, etc.)
- Get your company to contribute to open source.
- Encourage your co-workers to contribute back to the open source libraries you use at your workplace.
