It's mostly OK now, but we may wish to add more detailed instructions. Maybe 
we should translate it to Hebrew?

I'm sorry for neglecting to publicise the presentation this week. I was so 
immersed in working on some Perl CPAN modules (see for example 
http://community.livejournal.com/shlomif_tech/36515.html ) that I didn't 
dedicate the time for the Telux publicity. (not a very good excuse, but 
still). It seems to me one of Telux's problems is that there are very few 
people who volunteer to organise it instead of me (and not many more people 
who actively volunteer to give presentations). It seems the situation is 
somewhat better in Haifux. This often causes a single point of failure.
