[Python-il] [pyweb-il:358] Added a Roster page for the group members

Hi,

I've added a page for listing the twitter user-names of group members,
as well as their Blog, GitHub page, &c. I think it can help increase
our interaction / knowledge-sharing, beyond the monthly meetings.

Currently it's open to the world & hosted in our Google Groups site.
I'm waiting for your feedback/rejects/suggestions.

Another idea is to start a Meetup (http://django.meetup.com) page,
which is also a great way to advertise our meetings. It costs some $12/
month, so if we collect some 280 NIS in our next meeting, we can
create one for 6 months. What do you think?
