[Python-il] [pyweb-il:108] spam files ...

It appears that some spam was uploaded to this group. You can notice
it in the "recent pages and files" while reading the meeting#3 page.
Look in the "Files" section to find them (uploaded 26 Oct, from
username sweetyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy ).
Can someone please remove them, and possibly kick out the spammer
account?
