Qt bug 25169: Update Unicode bidi properties for quotes

Not a huge problem yet, but will be more significant when the new Hebrew 
keyboard standard is ratified; thought you might be interested.

[The relevant features of the new keyboard standard are already implemented in 
Windows 8, and hopefully will soon make their way into linux distros as well].
