Qt needs to update unicode database for hebrew quotes

Hi,

As some of you may be aware, there is a new keyboard layout standard brewing, 
and this version is going to include proper hebrew quotation characters.

This will make Qt bug 5472 (https://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/browse/QTBUG-5472) 
pertinent to many more Hebrew users than it is today.

I don't think there's much we can do to help them update, but voting for the 
bug may finally get them to solve it.
