[Haifux] Ctrl-c Ctrl-v behaviour when using hebrew keyboard on ubuntu/gnome

When switched to hebrew keyboard locale on ubuntu/gnome, ctrl-c is not
recognized, being ctrl-ב, and does not copy to clipboard.

Does anyone know a good workaround for this?
