Recently I needed to download "Taba" תוכניות בנין ערים = תב"ע 
data files which are available to the public on the מינהל 
מקרקעי ישראל website:

Guess what. I also have to thank MS for supplying such a good 
browser, since neither Chrome nor Firefox would work...
