I've seen my fare share of FLOSS programmers who can't produce even a
valid html output.
Proprietary technologies should be a thing of the past by now. RSS is
RSS, so is RDF, ATOM, SOAP (which is popular among .Net dudes), JSON,
Define one or more of the above and be done with it. No need to waste
anybody's time or get 'free' (as in beer) consulting.
